Alien Artifacts Locations Fortnite
Fortnite Alien Artifacts are new collectibles that you can find scattered across the map. They are very valuable, because they allow you to mutate and customize your Kymera skin in pretty creative and cool ways. So, the question really is where to find alien artifacts in Fortnite. Well, that’s what we’ll be showing you in our Alien Artifacts Locations Fortnite guide, as well as how to use them.
Where to Find Fortnite Alien Artifacts Locations
To find Alien Artifact locations in Fortnite, there are two locations that you can visit where the artifacts seem to appear reliably. Let us know in the comments about any other locations you might have found. The first one is in the middle of the lake that’s in the middle of the map, east of Boney Burbs. See that big patch of purple surrounding a body of water? Yes, that lake. The artifact is right in the middle of it.
The second artifact location is west of Catty Corner. Find the large platform standing on a giant metal pillar. Underneath the platform, there’s a kind of sub-platform that seems to be made out of leather or something. You should spot the artifact floating there. Just make a ramp in order to collect it, and you’re good.
UPDATE: We’ve found three more Fortnite Alien Artifact locations. One is in the Orchard, north of Corny Complex, and the other one is at the Durrburger area, west of Weeping Woods. It’s in the small, square “shed” in the bottom left corner of the area. You can see the exact locations in the images below.
The fifth and likely final Alien Artifact, at least for Week 1 of Season 7, is northeast of Believer Beach. Near the river, there is a small hill, on top of which is a strange-looking, winding rock tower. There’s a staircase leading from ground level to the top, and the Alien Artifact will be about midway up the stairs.
How to Use Alien Artifacts in Fortnite
You use the Fortnite Alien Artifacts, after finding their locations, to customize Kymera, the new alien skin that you all get for getting the Season 7 Battle Pass. You can change a ton of things, including head shape (top and bottom), eye shape and color, skin pattern and color, the look of your armor, and much more. Every single one of these costs a certain amount of Alien Artifacts, and you get four in each container you collect. Some of these customizations cost up to 17 Artifacts, so you’ll really have to save up, depending on how you want your Kymera to look like.
