The For Honor closed beta wrapped up on January 29th, and yet, players can already look forward to another taste of the game. From February 9th to 12th, you’ll be able to give For Honor a spin and see how you like it. The beta features nine heroes, three for each faction (samurais, vikings, knights). Also, there’s four modes in the beta: Brawl, Dominion, Duel, and Elimination. Since the full game, at least as far as we know, features twelve heroes and five modes, you’ll get a fairly accurate idea whether you like the game or not.

In case you do end you liking For Honor, you won’t have to wait long for the full release. For Honor launches on February 14th, just two days after the beta ends. Basically, the open beta will be a server test. Word has it, the game doesn’t have its own designated servers, so Ubisoft probably wants to avoid another one of their famous server overloads.

To further hype the game up, Ubisoft partnered with Twitch for a huge event on February 7th. Actors Jason Momoa, Lauren Cohan and Alfie Allen, as well as MMA star Demetrious Johnson will play along top Twitch streamers in the War of The Factions. The event starts at 2 PM PT. You can watch it on the For Honor Twitch channel.

Additionally, Twitch Prime subscribers will get free bonuses in the game. You can read more about that in our For Honor Open Beta Leaked Dates article.

For Honor is coming out on February 14th. You can play it on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This should make for an interesting Valentine’s Day.
