Final Fantasy 16 Romance Options
Romances are an integral part in many videogames, especially RPGs and games that feature a large cast of characters. As you explore their personalities and backstories, it’s quite natural that your relationship can blossom into something more. As such, it’s no wonder that romances are so popular and that so many players go out of their way to have their characters romance one another. Of course, this doesn’t mean that every game out there has this feature. This begs the question, does Final Fantasy 16 have romance options? And if so, how do romances work in FF16? That’s what we’re here to find out.
FF16 Romance Options
So, does Final Fantasy XVI have romances? The answer is – yes. Although, it should be noted that these don’t really function the same way they do in some other RPGs such as The Witcher or the Mass Effect series. There, you needed to take an active role in the relationships between your protagonist and the other NPCs for the romance to occur. This involves picking the right dialogue options and behaving in a certain way. And, if you played your cards right, what would entail at the end of this was a sex scene and that your characters would now officially be together in a romantic relationship.
But how does this work in FF16? Well, it looks like there are several characters that the protagonist, Clive Rosfield, can romance. These are Benedikta Harman and Jill Warrick. Though, this does not work in the same way as it does in most other RPGs with romances. That is, the process does not require much input from the player, as these romances usually take place in animated cutscenes. Of course, as the game has only just been released, if it turns out that there are other romancable characters in FF16, we will update the guide.
