What is a Walkout in FIFA 23

A Walkout in FIFA 23 is a card that’s the cream of the crop, while a Board is really good, but not the absolute top tier. Boards are players that have an overall rating somewhere between 83 and 85. A Walkout, on the other hand, has a rating above that. We’re talking players such as Messi and the like. I could be wrong about the exact numbers; feel free to correct me in the comments below. Just keep it civilized, alright? Now for the main attraction – can you tell whether a card will be a Walkout or a Board? And if so, how?

How to Tell if It’s a Walkout or Board in FIFA 23

There are several ways to tell whether you got a Walkout or a Board in FIFA 23. First off, the line of yellow lights on the floor will be to the right of the camera if it’s a Walkout, while it’s on the left when it’s a Board (or lower). Another tell is a tiny little flash of white fireworks. You’ll see it right above the player portrait in the center of the screen. I don’t mean one of those that appear all over the sky; I mean the little spurt just in this one place. That’s another tell that you’ve gotten a Walkout.

As for Boards, that’s a little more difficult to tell. Basically, the brighter the lights on the stage are, the better card you’ve just drawn. Also, pay attention to the spotlights on both sides of the bottom of the stage. If they point upwards, that also signifies a good card. Same goes for the pyrotechnics. So, if all of that happens, but if you see no fireworks above the player portrait, then it’s most likely a Board.
