How to Unlock Door in Far Cry 5 DIY & DOA Prepper Stash?

First thing’s first, in order to unlock the shack door where you pick up the message and start the D.I.Y. and D.O.A. prepper stash, we need to go inside the larger house nearby. As you go through the front door, keep going forward. Turn right at the next hallway and then left into the only available room. The Doverspike Key is just next to the room’s door, on a chest of drawers. With the key from the room, head back to the shack outside and unlock the door. Then, find the underground bunker hatch.

Where to Find DIY & DOA Prepper Stash in Far Cry 5?

As you go down the bunker ladders, you’ll find yourself in a new area. The stash door is yet again locked, with an electronic lock this time. There is a clue to how to open it nearby, called Doverspike Note. From the note, you find out there is a safety hazard out there.

Go through the door deeper into the bunker. Turn into the left passage, and then go right shortly after. At this further part of the bunker, there is a yellow switch inside a small room. You’ll hear the sound of the alarm when you get close. Interact with this switch. Shortly after, it will cause a chain of fires throughout the bunker.

As the fires start raging, the sprinkler system will activate. Get back to the stash door, and you’ll notice that it’s now unlocked, due to a malfunction in the electrical system.
