he informs you about a possible meeting location of pirates that have a roll sheet.
Approach the mining camp from the river.
Fast Travel to Echo Camp and head west to reach the Mining Camp. Near the road that goes by the river will be a waterfall. A side road starts near here that will lead you to the mining camp. Keep going forward on this road until you receive your next quest objective.

Follow this path to the Mining Camp
Breach the camp without triggering the alarm.
In order to breach the camp without setting of the alarm you simply have to avoid killing anyone here. Easy enough.
You will need to spy on the meeting from this platform.
Use the camera to observe the meeting.
At one of the platforms you can get a clear view at the bridge above the river. Take out the pirate on the platform attack you if he sees you looking at the bridge with your camera. Once he is taken care of pull out your camera and take a look at the bridge.

Take a picture of the meeting now.
As you spy on the meeting with your camera you will need to take a picture. Get the meeting in your sights and press the button shown on the screen to take the picture.

Stop the pirates from leaving. Find an RPG and shoot their 4×4.
You only have 50 seconds to complete this objective so move quickly. You need to stop the pirates from leaving. Using the zipline near the platform you are on will take you closer to the bridge. You can find an RPG nearby that you can use in order to destroy the car and any nearby privateers. As soon as you fire on the car an alarm will sound and enemies will start attacking you.
Get the roll sheet from the pirate boss.
You need to get to the bridge and find that roll sheet. To get there you are going to have to fight your way through some pissed off privateers. Beside the ones you can see on both the platforms there are the ones that will come out of the tunnels when you approach them. There is a privateer with an RPG on a platform at the north side of river, be sure to take him down when he starts shooting at you. After climbing up to the north side of bridge from a platform you will be attacked by a few more enemies. Take them down and head to the bridge.

The roll list
Reach the getaway vehicle.
Upon looting List of Traitors from one of the privateers you killed jump off the bridge and away from the camp. Use your wingsuit and parachute from when you arrived on the island to escape the other privateers and proceed to the objective point to finish the mission.
