"The Wanderer" Trailer Released | Fallout 4
Bethesda has released “The Wanderer” trailer for Fallout 4, its upcoming post-apocalyptic RPG. The one-minute live-action video unfortunately doesn’t feature any in-game footage, but it nevertheless manages to capture the look and feel of Bethesda’s latest game.
The trailer starts with the destruction of a typical suburban neighborhood, with the juxtaposition between order and destruction being one of the distinctive new features present at the very beginning of the game.
The trailer also features gun combat with beetles and vicious mutants, after which the protagonist enters an abandoned, but apparently fully functional, suit of power armor. The video ends with the armored wanderer and his dog strolling past a gas station on their way to the distant ruins of Boston, bathing in the morning sun. You can watch the full trailer below:
The sequel to 2008’s highly-acclaimed Fallout 3 debuted during Bethesda’s first ever E3 press conference earlier this year. Fallout 4 is slated for release on November 10, for the PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One platforms. It will be the studio’s first release since 2011’s The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

The video then follows the male protagonist of the game as he exits the vault and wanders the Boston wasteland with its crumbling buildings, rusting trains, broken highways, and abandoned gas stations, all the while accompanied by his loyal canine companion.
