A number of players have been clamoring for an Elden Ring turtles not spawning in Chelona’s Rise bug solution. It’s not the end of the world, but it is quite annoying. Luckily, there are a few things you can do to take care of this problem. Here we go.

How to Fix Elden Ring Chelona’s Rise Turtles Not Spawning Bug

There are several ways that you can fix the Elden Ring Chelona’s Rise turtles not spawning bug. Before we get to that, we have to tell you where these wise beasts actually are. The first one is clinging to the cliff side to the west of the tower’s entrance. The second is on a small shelf jutting out of the cliff way to the east of the tower. The third and final turtle is to the north, floating high up in the air, with a wind gust under it so that you can reach if you have no ranged weapon.

Now for how to fix the glitch of the turtles not appearing. First off, you mustn’t use fast travel at any point during the quest. You can’t even rest at one of them. If you do use a site of grace to reach one of the turtles faster, it will not appear. However, you can make them visible again. Next, to solve the Elden Ring Chelona’s Rise turtles not spawning bug, go back to the tower and read the book again, then return to the location of the turtle without hopping across bonfires. When you return to one of the turtle spawn points by foot or on horseback, they should be there.

Another fix you can exploit is to go to the wind gust under turtle #3. Even if the turtle isn’t there, use Torrent to jump way up using the gust. After seven or eight jumps in random direction, you might get the message that you now have access to the tower, sometimes even after you’ve only killed one. If you don’t get the message, try entering anyway and see what happens. Screenshots via Gamerpillar.

Very early in your exploration of Elden Ring world you will find out that you need to prepare your character for different tasks. You'll need to learn how to use Ashes of War, how to two-hand weapons, or use magic spells during the course of your adventures. Many secrets are also waiting for you, such as, a hostile NPC Sellen that doesn't let you see her shop, an invisible man in a bush, or a huge turtle with a bell that lets you duplicate some very important items.

The jumping in random directions a few times at the air current definitely works, you can fast travel right after!

This is not a glitch ,its a pre requisite, to not fast travel when doing the quest, oh it start over go to the tower rest at the spot of grace set time to night, click on the book with the golem then check if it either reset the whole thing by seeing if the first and second turtle is there then jumping for the third turtle, check the locations in order cliff turtle on the side of the cliff, then the one on the ledge by the tree that can be shot from a distance then the turtle in the air that you hit by jumping through it, should sort out your issue
