The Sword of Night and Flame can be found in the Caria Manor. The Caria Manor is a huge mansion in the Liurnia of the Lakes region. It’s in the northwest area of the region, and it is one of the major dungeons in the game. You’ll need to complete it in order to access northeast sections of Liurnia. If you are not sure where to find it, check out our map below for the exact location. Keep in mind that this is a heavily guarded area with a lot of foes to beat and a major boss. We advise you not to go there unless you are confident that you can deal with what awaits you there.
You’ll enter the estate via its south gate. From there, in order to find the Sword of Night and Flame, head immediately left along the wall. Follow the wall and try to avoid hand-spider things which will burst from the ground. At one point, you’ll see stairs leading to a door in the wall. Enter there and climb upstairs where you will find the Manor Lower Level site of grace. Step outside and just follow the walkway towards the main building. At one point you’ll see a lower tower on your left side. Jump from the walkway on that rooftop. Then look at the roof below the one where you are now and you’ll see an opening with a ladder leading inside. That’s where you need to go in order to find the Sword of Night and Flame.
Jump to the lower roof, then slide down the ladder. You’ll enter a room with a lot of crystals and books. You’ll spot a chest near a painting on the other side of the room. Loot it, and inside you’ll find the Sword of Night and Flame! And that’s it! Enjoy your new Legendary Armament and may it serve you well!
Elden Ring How To Use Sword Of Night And Flame
First things first, in order to even equip the sword, you’ll need to meet the requirements. In this case, as this is a spellcasting-focused weapon, you’ll need 24 Intelligence and 24 Faith. The power of this sword lies in its unique ability called Night-and-Flame Stance. This skill allows you to take a stance with the sword and then cast any spell(L2/Shift). Nothing too exciting yet, but now comes the real deal. After you cast a spell while holding the sword, you’ll be able to make a follow-up. You can either use your Normal Attack (R1 or Left Mouse Click) or Strong Attack (R2 or Right Mouse Click) to perform an extra magic attack. Your normal attack will cast the Night Comet sorcery (a magic bluish beam), while your strong attack will have you dive forward with and slash enemies with a flaming sword.
