This entry point is a cocoon, or more precisely, the dangling arm connected to it. This specific location can be found within the battlefield where you encounter the Mohg, Lord of Blood boss. Additionally, it’s important to note that before you can access this DLC, you must first defeat both the Mohg and Radahn bosses in the game.

However, numerous Xbox players who changed their console’s region to New Zealand to gain early access to the DLC encountered issues accessing Shadow of the Erdtree.
