They are all level 6, providing better bonuses than any other buggy parts. This guide will show you the experimental military car part locations in DL: The Following.
You won’t be able to start acquiring the blueprints for these parts until you’ve progresses through the campaign enough. For us, it happened after we met Mother. Our rank (level of trust) was Believer. Jasir will tell you about a soldier that died and give you his military keycard. It will allow you to open the military chests that hold the schematics.

I have all level 5-6 buggy parts (a friend joined and dropped them off) yet I can only get to about 45 top speed, terrible reverse, off-road is nonexistent, what happened?
go on the freeway that runs north and south on the eastish side of the map. run down the freeway and farm the car engines for rubber… best bet of acrueing them a little faster. as far as i know, i cannot figure out a better more reliable way.
i didnt get my military crd from jifar first time at ally trust i reset my game trid again and got nuthin again from hi .. any idea why ths is happening to me?
i had this happen to me to bro, so i had to delete my full game, delete all the data with it, do a factory reset on my console, re install the game, and it worked! so i was happy like a crazy man, so i hope i can make another person as happy as i was, well enjoy your day bro!
It’s not about your trust level, it’s about side quests. I got mine after I did the treasure hunt (you’ll know the quest when you get to it, just don’t wanna spoil anything)
There’s two different areas you can get a military card besides a side quest, one is through a chest drop I believe and another is a body in the water where the dam is flowing out.
The body is actually for another easter egg, the nuclear explosion that ends the game. You also need military the military activation card and the nuclear codes. The nuke that you blow up is in one of the trucks at the convoy.
Is it weird that i got the military suspention in the train car by one of the twins side mission?

Off road is made by levelling your skill then you can get off road suspension as for the speed i am not sure….
I’m having trouble getting my hands on rubber. any particular place to farm it?
You can farm rubber at vendors, or any highway with a ton of cars, you’ll also get a ton of screws and possibly lubricant

You can find them under the hoods of vehicles.
