How to Redeem Dying Light 2 Pre-order Weapons, Twitch Drops, Legendary Outfit

Redeeming on PlayStation is an easy affair. Go to Dying Light, then travel to options. Go to the game and choose to download the items. They will then be available in Aiden’s Stash when you visit the first safe house in Pilgrim’s Path.

To redeem the pre-order weapons on PC, you need to travel to the first safe house. This remains in the introduction quest titled Pilgrim’s Path. Travel to Aidens Stash and open it up. Here you will find your pre-order and deluxe items.

If you find the stash is empty, then you need to wait. Open the extra’s tab, not the inventory tab. You will then have to redeem your pre-order items. Simply tab over, redeem them and return. They should now be in the stash. Legendary skins will only be available if you purchased the Deluxe and Ultimate editions of the game.

As well as the pre-order items, you can also get Twitch Drops by watching eligible streamers for around 60 minutes. This can gift you with an Extinguisher Axe, Timeout Knife and Protective Mask Armor. Access for each item is tiered. For example, the Axe comes after watching 60 minutes, the Timeout Knife another sixty minutes and so forth.

To get these, you need to link your Twitch account to a TechlandGG profile. You can click here to sign up. Once complete, this needs to link to your user account for PlayStation, Xbox, Epic Games or Steam. Once you have watched the streams, the items should deposit to the stash as detailed above.

Do the weapons scale as you level or should I just use them asap?

You can reclaim them every couple of hours so I think the will scale as you reclaim them.

I have only been able to claim them once the entire game. And now I’m encountering a game breaking bug where as soon as I load in, it says I’m leaving mission area and I die in 4 seconds.

        Can you keep reclaiming them?
