Dying Light 2 Jack and Joe Help Choice - Fight or Negotiate - Water Tower
In Dying Light 2, you will be able to determine the fates of many characters – even entire city districts – with your choices. Sometimes, these will be pivotal choices that will lead to entirely different outcomes. Sometimes these will be small, almost insignificant changes. The problem is that you often won’t be sure what to pick and what the consequence for your choice will be. The choice of whether to help Joe & Jack or not is one such decision. Our Dying Light 2 Help Jack and Joe or Not Choice – Fight or Negotiate guide will tell you the consequences of both choices.
I Will Help You Choice Dying Light 2
Once you arrive near the Water Tower, you will need to find and disarm all the explosives that Joe & Jack have set up there. As you make your way to the top of the Water Tower, you will hear Joe & Jack arguing. When you enter the room, they will initiate a conversation with you. Evidently, both of them are scared and they want a way out of the situation. You will get two choices: “I will help you.” and “I won’t help you.” Both are pretty self-explanatory, so let’s see what happens when you choose to help Joe & Jack.
If you choose to help them, Joe & Jack will later end up in the PK floating fortress. This is the main Peacekeeper base in the Central Loop, and it is located on a ship in The Warf zone. Obviously, they will survive and you will be able to get a side-quest from them the next time you meet them.
I Won’t help You Choice Dying Light 2
On the other hand, if you outright say “I won’t help you.”, then Joe and Jack will attack you. You will be forced to kill both of them. Consequently, this means that they will no longer be a part of the game. Also, you won’t be able to get a side-quest from them later on. Since we always prefer to have more content in our games, our recommendation here is to pick to spare them.
