Where to Get Beastren Mask in Dragon's Dogma 2
The main quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2 is going to require that you visit Battahl. This is the nation of the Beastren, and to enter it, you’re going to need several items beforehand. This includes the Beastren Border Entry Permit, which you’ll get from Brant after completing the “Feast of Deception” quest. He will also tell you that this permit is for a Beastren and that you won’t be able to get inside if you are not a Beastren. If you have selected to be a Beastren during character creation, then you’ll have no problems here. But if you are Human, you’ll need a special item called the Beastren Mask to disguise yourselves as a Beastren. Here’s how and where to get the Beastren Mask in Dragon’s Dogma 2.
Where to Find Beastren Mask in Dragon’s Dogma 2
With the Beastren Border Entry Permit in your inventory, make your way to the Vermund-Battahl. Don’t try to present your Entry Permit to the guard at the gates that lead into Battahl, as you won’t be granted access just yet if you are a Human. To get around this, you’ll have to first acquire the Beastren Mask. It can be bought at Ibrahim’s Scrap Store there at the border town. Go there and purchase this for 8700 GP. Select the option to immediately equip it.
If you rotate the camera around your Arisen, you will see that they now look exactly like a Beastren. Which means that you can now fool the border guard. So go to the guard at the gate and speak with him. After a short cutscene, he will ask you for your Beastren Border Entry Permit. Present it, and, after he verifies that you are indeed a Beastren (thank you, Beastren Mask!), you’ll be let inside Battahl.
