Diablo Immortal Essence Transfer, Extract & Inherit Powers
In our Diablo Immortal Essence Transfer, Extract & Inherit Powers guide, we’re going to give you a full breakdown of this very useful process. It allows you to take an essence, or special power, from one piece of Legendary gear and apply it to another. For a price, of course. This allows you a lot of freedom to mix and match and create powerful builds. That’s why we’ve decided to write this article, in which we’ll show you how to unlock essence transfer in Diablo Immortal, as well as how to extract and inherit powers.
How to Unlock Essence Transfer in Diablo Immortal
To unlock Essence Transfer in Diablo Immortal, you have to meet two requirements, as it were. The first one is that you need to find a at least two Legendary items. You will need both of them in your inventory to complete the process of extracting and inheriting powers or essences of Legendary items, so if you’ve placed them in storage, pick them up beforehand.
The second thing you need to do is find the one NPC that provides essence transfer as a service. Her name is Zamina, and she hangs out just north of the Rakkis Plaza Waypoint in Westmarch. She’s easy to spot on the map, since she has a very specific icon; it looks like a flame going in a spiral. In the game, she’s standing next to a tree and wearing gold and blue robes and a mask. Again, very noticeable.
Diablo Immortal Extract Powers
To extract powers in Diablo Immortal, which is the first step of the essence transfer process, talk to Zamina and select “Extract” on the left side. Next, scroll through the list of essences until you find the one you want to extract. If you don’t have the item with the power on your person, it will be greyed out. If it’s in your inventory, it should have color and say “Extractable” in the bottom right. Select the essence you want and just follow the steps from there. Do note that you will have to pay a fee of a couple thousand Gold. Lastly, hit “Extract” to complete this part of the process.
How to Inherit Powers in Diablo Immortal
To inherit powers in Diablo Immortal, aka the second step of the essence transfer, talk to Zamina and, instead of “Extract,” choose “Inherit.” Before that, though, keep in mind that you’ll need to have the item you want to transfer the essence to in your inventory. Select the item you want to apply the essence to, then pick the essence and follow the instructions from there. This part of the process is completely free.
Two things we have to note before we wrap up. First off, the item that inherits the essence will change their name and appearance, but the stats and upgrades will remain. Therefore, you cannot extract the power from that specific item anymore. The second thing we have to say is a bit of advice: save all your Legendary items in the stash, because you never know when the meta may change and you end up wanting to transfer their essence onto another piece of gear.
Is it any good to put legendary into the Essence transfer after you have maxed out the Essence transfer at 40?
