Diablo Immortal Clearing the Cobwebs Bounty, Kill Spiders Solution

The only solution to the Clearing the Cobwebs bounty in Diablo Immortal, the one where you have to kill fifty spiders, is to abandon it completely and pick up another bounty. This one is completely borked. It takes you to the location just fine, but you get like two spiders every five minutes or something, and you need to eliminate fifty of them. All in all, it takes about two hours to complete the mission, and large swaths of it are just waiting around for a new wave of spiders to hatch. It’s an absolute nightmare; I don’t know if this is a bug or if it’s meant to be so slow.

Either way, it’s not worth the pittance you’ll get for completing the quest and wasting two hours of your life. So, head on over to the Quests menu, select Bounties, find the spider one, and click Abandon. Trust me, there’s no other solution to the Clearing the Cobwebs “kill spiders” bounty in Diablo Immortal. At least, not until the developers fix it with a patch. Once you abandon the quest, go back to the bounty board in Westmarch and take a look at it. You’ll notice that each of them has a refresh icon in the top right.

Clicking that icon lets you reroll the bounty, and you can do so up to three times a day. So, just get another one and forget all about the spiders for now. Mind you, all the bounties are busywork and a lot of them are bugged in some capacity, but at least they won’t devour two hours of your precious time on this Earth.
