Diablo 4 Travelers Superstition, Solve the Note's Riddle

“Traveler’s Superstition” is a Side Quest that you can stumble upon while exploring the Hawezar region in Diablo 4. You will find a Hastily Scrawled Note under a rock. And in this note is a cryptic message that states that you need to “pay your respects to her”. But who is this refering to, and how can you do this? It’s actually really simple once you know the trick. Here’s how you can solve the note’s riddle and complete the Traveler’s Superstition side quest in Diablo 4.

We have marked the exact spot where you can find the note in our gallery below. Once you pick it up, you can read the following message: “Pay your respects to her, and she will see you safely on your way. Ignore her, and suffer the fate of these poor fools.” Admittedly, not a lot to go on, but let’s try and unpack the hidden meaning behind it. The “her” in the message obviously refers to the giant nearby statue. And the “fools” are the remains of the unlucky fellows that are strewn about near the note itself. So approach the statue.

What you need to do here is to then “pay your respects to her”. You can do this by opening up your Emote wheel (which you can do by pressing E on the PC). From there, go to the Customize button and search for the Hello Emote. Once you have found it, equip this emote in your Emote wheel and then use it right in front of the statue. Doing this will cause a chest to appear next to it. Congratulations, you have solved the Note’s riddle. Loot the chest and you will have completed the “Traveler’s Superstition” side quest in Diablo 4.
