Diablo 4 Summons of the Deathless Glitch, Can’t Complete Chapter 1
The story of Diablo 4 Season 2, Season of Blood, has players teaming up with a seasoned vampire hunter in order to put a stop to the Dark Master’s Blood Seekers. To destroy vampires, we must become a vampire. Hence, we will also learn how to use new Vampiric Powers and Pact Armor to enhance our abilities in this battle against the bloodsuckers. As with the first season, we will follow this story via the season questline. At one point, we will reach the “Summons of the Deathless” Season Quest. The task says, “Complete Chapter 1 of the Season Journey”. Sounds easy enough. However, this is exactly where many players are being stuck currently. Namely, it seems that Season 2 Journey is currently bugged, and players can’t complete Chapter 1.
“I started the seasonal character and reached the quest named ‘Summons of the Deathless’, which states to complete Chapter 1 of the Seasonal Journey,” says Battle.net user DNNZD. “Every time I complete Chapter 1 objectives, it doesn’t fill out the bar as if I’m not completing them. Is that the same issue you’re having?” Unfortunately, it seems that you will not be able to progress past this seasonal quest until Blizzard fixes the issue with the Season Journey progression. Hence, there’s not much you can do at the moment in that regard. If we find a workaround for this issue, we will make sure to update the article.
It is not a glitch you have to do the quests associated with the season quests to progress.
It was a glitch at the start of the season, because Season Journey was not working (didn’t track progress), but Blizzard fixed it 🙂
