How to Summon Duriel D4

To summon Duriel in D4 or Diablo 4, you are going to have to do a lot of grinding. First off, you have to get to World Tier IV, since the materials you need to call upon Duriel won’t even appear before then. Next, you have to summon the Echo of Varshan in the Malignant Burrow (which requires Malignant Body Parts from Grotesque Debtors and Malignant Hearts) and kill the boss to receive Mucus-Slick Eggs. You will probably have to fight Varshan more than once to get the two Eggs necessary to summon Duriel, and only the summoning player gets them.

Next, you have to summon Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint in the Hall of the Penitent. You will need Living Steel to summon him, and those drop from mTortured Offerings in Helltides, so good luck. Grigoire drops Shards of Agony (for summoning players only), and you’ll need two of those. Lastly, go inside the Gaping Crevasse in Hakan’s Oasis, put the materials into the Pestilent Altar, and there’s the King of Maggots.
