How to Fix Diablo 4 Stuck on Loading Screen Bug

First things first. You should know that if the Diablo 4 is stuck on the loading screen, the issue is most likely not on your side. At the moment, hundreds of thousands of fans have flocked to the servers to try the game for the first time. This is the very first stress test of the servers for Diablo 4 of this scale. And as such, it is to be expected that the servers are overloaded due to an enormous influx of players. This results in players not being able to load the game. Hence, the best solution we can currently give to you is to wait until the pressure on the servers is relieved.

According to the latest post on the Blizzard’s official twitter account, there are some authentication servers issues.

If you’re still suffering from this problem, then the issue might not be server-related. Another thing you need to do is to make sure that Diablo 4 is white-listed in your antivirus and firewall apps. If your security apps don’t “trust” Diablo 4, they will interfere with the game’s attempts to connect to the servers. This will result in Diablo 4 being stuck on the loading screen. It goes without saying, but ensure that your Internet connection is working smoothly and without any issues. Using an Ethernet cable instead of a WiFi network will help tremendously, as an unstable connection may cause the game to load indefinitely. Finally, try to release and renew your IP and flush your DNS. For further troubleshooting, check out our Diablo 4 Crashing and Freezing guide.

Meh game for me. Pi$$ poor release job and communication on some of the content. Not really that enjoyable. Unfortunately, I greatly regret purchasing. I’m giving it a try still but, not happy.

I agree, it’s on blizzard’s end and it’s just bound to happen when there is such a large number of players trying to play at once. They could’ve spent moolah to circumvent the issue but they never really do and frequently have rough launches. Ah well, what can ya do… I’ve beat campaign and can honestly say this game is VERY GOOD so I’m overall a happy camper ?

That’s a good answer for a 10-dollar game. This is a 100-dollar game with hundreds of thousands of pre-orders. So I call bull**** on this answer.
