Diablo 4 Purveyor of Curiosities Locations
The Purveyor of Curiosities is by far one of the most intriguing things in Diablo 4. This Curiosity Vendor is similar to the Kadala and the Blood Shards system from Diablo 3. Meaning, you use this vendor to purchase random pieces of gear with a specific, hard-to-obtain currency, and this gear then has a chance to be a rare – maybe even a Legendary – item. Of course, this entire process is purely RNG-based, and it basically amounts to betting on whether you get something good or not. But if you are not interested in doing this, the Purveyor of Curiosities sell one other important merchandise as well – Whispering Keys. Of course, before you can buy these, you will first need to find the locations of the Purveyor of Curiosities in Diablo 4. So where is the Purveyor of Curiosities? Read on to find out.
Where to Find Purveyor of Curiosities Diablo 4
You will be able to find Purveyors of Curiosities in Diablo IV in towns across the game. You’ll easily be able to recognize them on the map due to their bank icons. So simply look for these icons and then make your way there. Once you at the Purveyor of Curiosities, interact with them to bring up their shopkeeper inventory. To purchase items from them, you are going to need to get Murmuring Obols. This is a special currency that has been added to Diablo 4.
Apart from buying these pieces of gear and then hoping you manage to get a good weapon or armor, Curiosity Vendors are the only place where you can purchase Whispering Keys. Each Whispering Key costs 20 Murmuring Obols. With these keys, you will then be able to unlock and loot Silent Chests. So even if you have no interest in spending your hard-earned Murmuring Obols on gear that may not necessarily be all that good, the Whispering Keys are always a good investment. When you reach World Tier 3: Nightmare (by completing the Cathedral of Light) in Diablo 4, you will also be able to buy Sacred items from the Purveyor of Curiosities.
