Diablo 4 Drums of the Vault Not Working Fix
Is the Diablo 4 Drums of the Vault quest is not working in Season 3? You should know that this is a widespread issue. The highly anticipated Season 3 has just kicked off. And while players agree that the content is enjoyable, unfortunately, a game-breaking progression blocker bug is plaguing the experience. Read on as we explain how to fix the Diablo 4 Drums of the Vault Seneschal Brazier bug.
Diablo 4 Drums of the Vault Bugged Solution
Season 3 in Diablo 4 has players battling against devastating ravaging Constructs underneath the deserts of Kehjistan. Aside from your very own Seneschal Companion, the massive update also features challenging new dungeons called Vaults, the Gatehall hub, and much more. Of course, there’s also a brand new quest line focused around the legendary Zoltun Kulle and Ayuzhan of Caldeum and their ancient technology called the Loom. Unfortunately, one of the new quests, called Drums of the Vault, is not working properly.
Namely, as a part of the quest, players will need to interact with the Seneschal Brazier in the Gatehall and upgrade the Seneschal Construct. However, instead of the game allowing them that, Diablo 4’s Drums of the Vault quest simply bugs out. “The Seasonal Quest Icon shows on the minimap,” says Battle.net user Xan. “But we cannot click on it to use it to upgrade the Seneschal, which is part of the questline.”
According to the official Blizzard’s response, it seems that this bug occurs only in co-op. However, some players report that the bug can appear when playing solo as well. While we’re waiting for Blizzard to fix the bug, there is an official workaround offered by one of Diablo 4’s developers on Twitter. According to him, here’s how you can bypass this Drums of the Vault bug, as explained by Diablo 4’s community manager:
“The current workaround for this will be that players need to enter a new instance. This can be done by using a teleport from the hub (the Gatehall), relogging into the game, or exiting through the door back to the hub (the Gatehall).”
