How to Cheer in Diablo 4, Raising Spirits – Cheer at the Training Militia

As stated, you are going to be able to take on this quest when you enter Kyovashad. When you get there, you can then immediately head to the northeast part of town. You will see that an NPC wants to talk with you. Her name is Guard Boza, and she will ask that you go and motivate the Training Militia nearby instead of her.

The Training Militia is nearby, so head over to them. When you get there, you will need to open up the Action Wheel. On the PC, the default keybinding for this is E. Scroll through the available options here until you find the Cheer emoticon. Assign it to a slot in the Action Wheel and then use it. Your character is going to cheer at the Training Militia and raise their morale. All that’s left to do now is to go back to Guard Boza. She will thank you for doing this and give you a small reward in the form of XP and gold.
