Devil May Cry Mission 9: Home Truths contains 2 Lost Souls to be collected. It is one of the few missions that lets you collect all souls without using weapons or skills that you acquire later in the game, meaning you can grab them all on your first playthrough without needing to come back later.

After destroying the first door with Arbiter you will come to a small room with blue vines at its entrance. Destroy blue vines with Osiris and get the collectible.

Required ability/weapon: None
After you pass by the Divinity Statue, and after few jumps and angel lifts, you will end up at an upside down building with glass windows. You can see a Soul behind one of the windows. Carefully jump on a balcony at the side and collect the Soul on other side of window.
