Devil May Cry Mission 7: Overturn contains 8 Lost Souls to be collected. It is one of the few missions that lets you collect all lost souls without using weapons or skills that you acquire later in the game, meaning you can grab them all on your first playthrough without needing to come back later.

LOST SOUL no. 1
Required ability/weapon: None
A couple of jumps past the Central Penitentiary sign you will end up at Red Crystal at the wall. Do not destroy the crystal yet, instead turn left and you will notice the first Lost Soul. Angel boost to it.

LOST SOUL no. 2
Required ability/weapon: None
Keep following the path and you reach two cargo containers, one a top of the other. Demon Pull the bottom container and jump on it. Turn around and you will notice a hidden room with the Lost Soul in it. Jump on a plateau off to the side to reach the room.

LOST SOUL no. 3
Required ability/weapon: None
Follow the path and you will reach a big television screen. Look right and you will spot the next Lost Soul next to a spot you can Angel Lift to.

Required ability/weapon: None
You will reach a room where you will need to fight two creatures named Rage. Take them out and the exit of the room will open up. Head through the exit and look to the left. Up on a wall is the next Lost Soul.

LOST SOUL no. 5
Required ability/weapon: None
Upon entering the room with the elevator turn right and follow the road to next Lost Soul.

LOST SOUL no. 6
Required ability/weapon: None
After you climb up at the top of the elevator you will see a big box blocking your way and a red crystal on the ground at the elevator. Turn around and you will notice platform on other side. Angel boost to it and keep going that direction until you reach the next Lost Soul on the other side of the big box that was blocking your way before.

LOST SOUL no. 7
Required ability/weapon: None
Before smashing the second crystal on the floor in order to proceed forward with the mission look on the wall to find the next Lost Soul.

Required ability/weapon: None
Soon after you kill another two Rage creatures you will jump to a platform where the second Divinity Statue. The last Lost Soul can be found at the wall beside the Divinity Statue.
