Devil May Cry Mission 18: Lost Soul contains 3 Lost Souls to be collected. It is one of the few missions that lets you collect all lost souls without using weapons or skills that you acquire later in the game, meaning you can grab them all on your first playthrough without needing to come back later.

The tunnel closest to the Divinity Statue leads to one of the three Lost Souls. As soon as you enter the big cave room the Lost Soul can be found at the top of the balcony to your right side. Angel Boost to reach it.

The tunnel near your brother Virgil leads to another Soul. This time the Lost Soul will be on balcony bellow the platform you are. When you enter another big cave room keep following the right road until you notice the Soul in the distance.

The tunnel closest to a room with a Small Vital Star hides the last Soul. When you enter the big cave room with the generator look at your left. You will notice the Lost Soul on a balcony.
