Devil May Cry Mission 17: Lost Soul contains 5 Lost Souls to be collected. It is one of the few missions that lets you collect all lost souls without using weapons or skills that you acquire later in the game, meaning you can grab them all on your first playthrough without needing to come back later.

LOST SOUL no. 1
Required ability/weapon: None
Upon defeating first pack of creatures turn your back towards the platform you can Demon Pull to. Angel Lift to the blue ring that shows up and approach the Lost Soul that is on the same platform.
Look at the platform with two Knights and Demon Pull platform.
Demon Pull to the platform.
Lost Soul on it.
LOST SOUL no. 2
Required ability/weapon: None
Go left from previous the Lost Soul. You will notice a small rock platform you can jump to. Keep going that way and a few jumps later you will end up at a platform with big wall. The next Lost Soul is behind it.
Jump on this platform.
In order to reach the Lost Soul.
LOST SOUL no. 3
Required ability/weapon: None
The next Lost Soul can be found on a big platform with a Butcher and Witch creature on it. After defeating them look at the back of the same platform and you will notice the next Lost Soul.

LOST SOUL no. 4
Required ability/weapon: None
When you approach the first Divinity Statue look high in air. You will notice two blue rings you can angel lift to. The next Soul can be found on a platform those blue rings will guide you to.
Look for the blue rings near the Divinity Statue.

LOST SOUL no. 5
Required ability/weapon: None
After the final battle at this mission you will come across a couple of Angel Lifts. Use these and you will reach the platform with final Lost Soul on it.
