Destiny Commendation Going Away In House Of Wolves
Commendations are a type of currency in Destiny. They were put in the game with the Dark Below expansion, used to buy new Crucible and Vanguard gear.
House of Wolves is doing away with them for good.
“You’ll no longer need them to acquire new weapons or gear”, said community managed David Dague in a blog post. But what to do with that nasty stockpile of commendations you’ve got laying around? No worries. You’ll be able to consume them in order to gain reputation. See, they’re good for something after all.
