Destiny 2 Rasputin Armory Codes – How to Get & Where to Use Tokens

How to get Armory Codes in Destiny 2?

If you’ve run into locked hatches that require armory codes to open, you might be wondering how to get your hands on some. These tokens can be obtained from various chests in the new area. You just have to spend time doing stuff on Mars. Public events will do, as will high value targets. We haven’t managed to get any from region chests, but you could try those as well.

Where to use Rasputin Armory Codes?

On the other side of the problem are the players who got Rasputin armory codes and have no idea what they’re used for. The description says they’re single use items, and that they’ll give you access to Rasputin’s “emergency weapon reserves”.

In order to use them up, you’ll need to play Escalation Protocol, the new public event that takes place on Mars. Once you start it, keep your eyes trained on the ground. You’ll notice metal trapdoors soon enough. Each of them can be opened by using up a single Rasputin armory code. Inside, you’ll find the Valkyrie. Once you execute the subroutine, you’ll get a mighty spear. You will be able to throw it at enemies or slam the ground with it, both of which do massive damage. Once you run out of juice, you’ll have to find another hatch, and use another armory code to open it up.
