Destiny 2 Primeval Patina Gambit Quest Bugged

The Primeval Patina Gambit quest in Destiny 2 is bugged, with the slow progression plaguing everyone that’s trying to get the Gambit ornament for Null Composure. As it currently stands, you need to kill 250,000 enemies with Fusion Rifles or Solar damage and complete seven Gambit matches. That is… a lot of kills that you have to get. Well, fortunately for all of you trying to complete this quest, this is a bug, as was confirmed on Twitter. The actual number will probably something closer to 2,500 or something. They are working on a fix, which should be implemented in a future update. In other words, you should probably leave this one well alone until the hotfix or whatever drops.

How to Earn Null Composure

To earn the Null Composure in Destiny 2 and thereby get the Destiny 2 Primeval Patina Gambit Quest, you first have to pick up the “A Sacred Fusion” quest from Banshee-44 in the Tower. To complete the quest, you need to gather 8,500 by defeating enemies in playlist activities and complete 100 activities (note that playlist activities grant extra progress). When it comes to earning points, you don’t have to kill 8,500 enemies. If you use Fusion Rifles, Solar damage, disintegrations, or defeat Guardians using Stasis, you’ll earn points faster. As for the activities, the fastest way is to play Gambit, since they’re so fast to complete. Anyways, once you complete both criteria, report back to Banshee to get your Null Composure.
