Deathloop Steam & PS5 Unlock Times
The Deathloop PS5 and Steam unlock times have been causing some confusion among the player base, particularly the PC crowd. The release date and time of Deathloop on Steam and PS5 are not the same, and the situation on PC is surprisingly complicated for reasons I’m not really aware of. So, to help you figure out when you can start playing the game, here’s our Deathloop Steam & PS5 Unlock Times guide, where we’ll also tell you the recommended Nvidia & AMD GPU drivers.
Steam & PS5 Deathloop Unlock Times
The Deathloop unlock times on Steam and PS5 are very, very different. On the PlayStation 5, things are as simple as they can be – the game will unlock at midnight local time. So, whenever it strikes midnight on September 13th in your time zone, you’ll be able to play Deathloop. Pretty straightforward and elegant, Unfortunately, the situation is not nearly so clear-cut on Steam, where there are three different regional release times. So, let’s break it down.
The first launch region we’ll cover here is North and South America. If that’s where you live, the game will unlock on September 13th at 9:01 PM Pacific Time, aka 12:01 on September 14th Eastern time. Next, Australia, New Zealand and Asia. For you, the game will unlock at 12:01 Japan Standard Time on September 14th. Last, but not least, we’ve got Europe and the rest of the world. You can start playing at 12:01 British Standard Time on September 14th. You can easily do the math for your specific time zone from there.
