Death Stranding PC System Requirements Are Out And They Are Pretty Reasonable

Death Stranding, one of the most divisive games of 2019, is heading to PC on July 14. The game will come to Steam and Epic Games Store at the same time. Today, 505 Games, publisher of the PC version of the game, revealed the official system requirements for the game. And, to be honest, they are pretty reasonable. Especially considering how beautiful the game is, even on the base PS4. For a high settings, 30fps experience at 1080p the game only asks for a GTX 1050 Ti or RX 570.

Death Stranding PC Requirements

A Four-year old mid-range graphics card for a 1080p 60fps experience is a bit surprising given the scope of the game and incredible visuals, but we won’t complain. It seems that the Decima engine used for Death Stranding is PC friendly. Good news since Horizon: Zero Dawn, which is also based on the Decima Engine, is coming soon to PC. Horizon: Zero Dawn still doesn’t have exact release date but it could revealed later today, during Sony’s PlayStation 5 conference. And hey, maybe we also get the Bloodborne PC announcement tonight. A man can dream.

505 Games didn’t share any 1440p or 4K system requirements but giving the humble demands for 1080p we believe that any RTX card should be enough for a cozy 1440p experience.
