How to Use Mantis Blades Cyberpunk 2.0
The Mantis Blades are one of the most iconic and instantly-recognizable weapons in Cyberpunk 2077. A pair of blades that protrude from your arms, they can be used to quickly cut up any enemies in your way. And with the 2.0 update to CP2077, the way that they work has been somewhat changed. After all, this update was huge, and it altered practically every aspect of the game. If you are wondering how to now use the Mantis Blades in Cyberpunk 2077 after the 2.0 update, we are here to show you how they are now used and how to quick swap them in CP2077.
How to Use Mantis Blades in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0
The first thing that you need to do here is to check if you have Mantis Blades installed in your Arms cyberslot. If you do not have them, here’s where you can get them early and for free in CP2077. Then, press and hold ALT (or Y on the Xbox / triangle on the PS5). Doing this will bring up the weapon wheel. You can now equip the Mantis Blades and then switch over to them when the need arises. The Mantis Blades (or alternatively the Gorilla Arms, the Monowire, or the Projectile Launch System Arms Cyberware) are found in the fourth slot. The Cyberarm weapon in question is located in the lower left slot there. You can see how this looks in our screenshot below.
Can You Quick Swap Mantis Blades?
Yes, you can quick swap the Mantis Blades, but only while playing on the PC. To quick swap to this weapon, press 4. This is the default key binding for all Cyberarm weapons. Also, it goes without saying that you need to have the Mantis Blades equipped there before you can quick swap to this weapon.
