Cyberpunk 2077 Don't Lose Your Mind Delamain HQ Passcode, Control Room & Choice
The Don’t Lose Your Mind Delamain quest in Cyberpunk 2077 has several places in which you might get stuck, such as figuring out where to find the passcode, how to find a way into the control room and what to choose in the end – reset core or merge. We’ll be covering all of those questions in our Cyberpunk 2077 Don’t Lose Your Mind Delamain Quest Passcode & Choice guide. Just keep in mind that there will be some spoilers here; you have been warned.
Where to Find Passcode in Delamain Headquarters in Cyberpunk 2077 Don’t Lose Your Mind Quest?
To find the passcode in Delamain Headquarters in the Cyberpunk 2077 Don’t Lose Your Mind quest, the first order of business is to get inside. From the entrance into the building, head to the right and around the corner. There’s a door that you can break into if you have the skills, but if not, head around the corner again and look for a bunch of trash leaning on the wall. Use them to climb to the roof. Find the exit hatch, and use it to go inside.
Now that you’re in the office, you have to find the passcode. All you have to do is look at any of the screens in the big room you’re in. Click on the “I’m next!” message to find the code – it’s 1234. Go into the smaller, separate office, and use the passcode you got to access the computer. Go into the Local Network tab, and select Open. Proceed through the double doors, and shoot the droid firing the laser into the door.
Find a Way into Control Room in Delamain Headquarters in Cyberpunk 2077?
To find a way into the control room in the Cyberpunk 2077 Delamain Headquarters, proceed through the game until you get into the garage full of cars crashing into each other. Head up the stairs on the left, pay attention to the giant pipes to the left of you. Once you reach the top of the stairs, jump onto the pipes, and onto the “roof” from there. On the other side, drop back down onto the pipes, and head through the shaft.
When you enter the blue-lit room with the fans, you’re practically there already. Move onto the glass section of the area right underneath the fans, and drop through. The Delamains will have a lot to say, and you do have to hear them out. You might as well wait over by the big, metal door with the firm’s logo on it. When they’ve said their piece, go inside. Time for the final choice.
What to Choose Reset Core or Merge Personalities – Don’t Lose Your Mind Cyberpunk 2077 Quest Choice
IMPORTANT: Spoilers ahead!
The choice of Reset Core or Merge Personalities in the Don’t Lose Your Mind Cyberpunk 2077 quest comes at the very end. It’s a conundrum that Johnny will personally put in front of you. Basically, it boils down to this – if you reset the core, everything goes back to normal. However, all the new personalities that have sprung up will be lost, and they return to being obedient cab drivers. Delamain won’t even remember who you are. If, on the other hand, you choose to merge personalities, they’ll basically all go their separate ways as essentially sentient cars.
Now, in my humble opinion, the “happy” end to this quest is to merge the personalities. Obviously, you may have different feelings about this, and that’s totally legit. The major problem here is that you need your Intelligence ability to be up to a full 10 in order to merge the personalities. So, depending on how you built your character, you might not even have this option. So, select what you can and you feel is right. Just know that Johnny is very much pro-merge, so if you’re using him as some sort of moral compass…
Either way, your next step will be to go back into the garage where the cars were crashing and sit in one of them. The difference will be that the car’s personality will be totally different depending on your choice. If you merge personalities, it’ll be Delamain’s son; if not, it’s just ole Delamain who has no clue of your past exploits together. However you slice it, you’ll get the Delamain car of your very own added to your garage.

For example, if you don’t know how to remove the virus from the chip and find the Militech Datashard correct cack sequence we can help. Or, can you save Jackie in Cyberpunk 2077? We'll also help with your first Cyberpunk 2077 braindance during the Information quest.
1234 passcode doesn’t seem to be working. I’m in the small office with the two computer screens where only o e of them is on and requires the code. This is before I found all the cars I shouod note.
third option, shoot the core
Perfect, the only hard part is the PW without level 10 intelligence. I would suggest level 10 intelligence, the outcome is the best solution. Maybe on my next run.
This doesn’t even slightly address the problem I’m having, which is getting past the electrified garage.
If it can be shut off, it’s not obvious. If there is a way past it without touching the floor, it’s not obvious.
Whaddaya do?
Here you go.
You missed another option…. You can destroy Delamain’s core by shooting at it… Which would free the children but leave Delamain destroyed. You will still get a Delamain with this option, with his son as AI.
How do I enter the shaft (optional)
So I somehow soft locked the mission. When I went into the control room to enter the password, obviously I didn’t know what it was. So I backed out of the screen, and when I found the password and went to boot back into it, the passcode screen was gone. Meanwhile I saved over my load file, because I had already explored a bunch of the area and opened the double doors. Sooooo what now…
passcode incorrect for the one you supplied. 🙂
great job making an article about a mission in a game and not including the first step in the mission. HOW THE F*** DO YOU GET INSIDE THE HQ TO BEGIN WITH
I literally told you in the first paragraph of the first section.
Imagine being this illiterate lol.
Good article, got everything I needed from it
