DMZ Labs Investigation, Investigate Generator Room on F1

The DMZ “Investigate Generator Room on F1” objective is the second task of the Black Mous “Labs Investigation” mission in Warzone 2 Season 2. In this guide, we explain how to complete the DMZ Labs Investigation mission and where to find the Generator Room on F1 in Building 21.

Aside from the new Ashika Island map and the new Crown faction, Call of Duty Modern Warfare Season 2 has also brought dozens of new missions for the existing factions. And many of them will send you back to Al Mazrah and Building 21. One such mission that requires you to deploy at Building 21 is “Labs Investigation”. That’s a new Black Mous mission, where we will need to “Investigate Generator Room on F1”. It goes without saying – the first requirement here is to get the Building 21 Keycard and make sure that the building is not currently locked. Once you have the card, head to Building 21.

From there, the quest is pretty much self-explanatory. All you have to do is to reach the Generator Room and “investigate” it. However, because Building 21 lacks a map, it can be tricky. Many players don’t know where to find Generator Room on F1 in Building 21. The room in question is right next to the Server Room. If you played DMZ when Building 21 first appeared, you probably remember its location. It is on the bottom floor. And right across the Server Room (Datacenter), you will find the Generator Room. If you are planning on doing this mission solo (which is extremely hard), the best strategy is to stay somewhere safe for around 10 minutes and wait for other players to finish their run and complete the exfil. When they are done, simply head to the Generator Room, make sure to close the door of the Generator (this is important!), then open it again and enter inside to complete the task.
