How to Fix Warzone Infinite Loop Bug in Season 1 Reloaded

If you were hoping to play Call of Duty Warzone this afternoon, you are out of luck. Season 1 Reloaded has kicked off in a less-than-ideal state, with a myriad of strange bugs currently plaguing the game. However, by far, the most annoying one is the Warzone infinite loop glitch. Namely, a number of players are currently stuck in an endless loop between the main menu and the fetching data loading screen. The game would simply endlessly switch between these two screens.

“Is this happening to anyone,” asks Reddit user Halad-413L. “I’m on PC, just downloaded the update and cannot access the resurgence menu… it gets stuck in a never-ending loop.” And he’s just one of many with the exact issue. Hence, is there a way to fix this? The good news is that, yes, there is a way. The bad news is that it can be applied only by players who own MW3. Namely, as reported by several players, the way to fix this is to click on RIO 24/7 while stuck in the loop. This will prompt the game to start searching for Rio. Finally, hit the “Escape” button. Consequently, this will bring you back to battle royale, and the Warzone Infinite Loop glitch should be fixed.

For now, this is the only working solution that we’re aware of. However, if you know of any other fixes, share them with us in the comments section. Unfortunately, if you don’t own MW3, you will have to wait for Respawn to fix this issue. At least, they are working on it!
