It appears that this bug is present on all gaming platforms, so if you are experiencing it, here’s what you can do to try and fix it. The first thing that you should always do when encountering a bug such as this, regardless of the game in question, or the device you are playing on, is to exit the game and then restart it. This gives the game a chance to reload all of the files and data, and in most cases – this is all it takes to fix issues like this.

If that doesn’t work, try restarting the device you are playing on and then going into the game again. As with the previous method, this also gives your device the chance to sort out the data and eventual problems. It also looks like the Cold Blooded Perk can cause this problem, so try removing it from your loadout. Another solution is to increase your level in the game. Some players have reported that they managed to fix this by playing the game and increasing their level and that this unlocked the loadout.

You should also try to turn off the free loadout option in the Zombies lobby. Another possible method to try is to recreate custom loadouts. Go to the Create-A-Class option, delete the class that is experiencing this bug, and then recreate it. The Hijacked IFF Strobe gear could also be the culprit, so remove it.
