How to Get Warzone Mechagodzilla Skin Bundle
The Operation Monarch event is now live in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific. Also known as Godzilla vs Kong, this event brings these humongous Monsterverse beasts to the Caldera map, where Operators need to avoid their devastating frenzy attacks if they want to win in the battle royale. Aside from the limited-time mode, the event also brings unique operator skins themed around the monsters. One of them is the Mecha Godzilla skin. Alas, it seems that some players are not sure how to purchase the Warzone Mechagodzilla Bundle. Here’s what we know about it.
How to Buy Warzone Mechagodzilla Skin Bundle
The Mechagodzilla skin in Warzone can only be obtained by purchasing it with real money or COD Points. It is a premium skins bundle which is not a part of the battle pass, nor it can be unlocked via in-game challenges or other activities. Here’s what you get when you buy the Mechagodzilla bundle.

- “Mechagodzilla” Legendary Operator Skin for Constanze
- “Cybernetic Destroyer” Legendary Assault Rifle Blueprint
- “Neural Uplink” Legendary SMG Blueprint
- “Nanometal Tail Blade” melee weapon
- “Network Uptime” Watch
- “Mechagodzilla Head” Charm
- “Evolving Together” Emblem
- “Machine Learning” MVP Highlight
- “Rival Protocol” Highlight Intro
So, how to purchase the Mechagodzilla bundle? Normally, the bundle should be available via the in-game shop, but the Operation Monarch event is now live, and the bundle and Mechagodzilla skin are still not available. The community is not yet sure why is skin not available at the moment. Some players claim that in order to get an option to buy the bundle, we must first buy the “normal” Godzilla bundle, which should supposedly unlock the Mechagodzilla bundle.
Though, this is not yet confirmed, thus, take this information with a grain of salt. Though, some players claim that they have received an option to purchase the Mecha Godzilla bundle when they got the normal Godzilla. Another explanation is that the bundle simply is not yet out. If we find the 100% correct answer, we will update the article with that information. For now, if you don’t want to spend extra COD Points on the normal Godzilla bundle, it’s best to wait a bit more. It might very well be a bug in the game.
UPDATE: According to Reddit user Shteeve06, the Mechagodzilla bundle is set to be released on May 14th, but there is a workaround to purchase the skin immediately. Here’s what he has to say about this:
You can go to the Monarch event tab on Warzone and press X or Square (Xbox and Playstation, respectively…sorry I don’t know the key for PC) and it will take you to a bundle,” he wrote. “It will show you Godzilla first, purchase that and then it will show you Kong, purchase that and THEN it will show Mechagodzilla to purchase. This is basically a way of getting it early, otherwise, can wait until the weekend for Mechagodzilla.”
From Activision Player Support:
The Mecha Godzilla bundle was pushed early rather than the Kong Bundle that was intended to go live. So the Mecha bundle was removed and replaced with the intended Kong Bundle. Opportunities for purchase will come back at a future date.
I bought the Godzilla bundle last week, then I went to the monarch event pressed x for the bundle and bought the Kong bundle but now it won’t let me go to that bundle anymore to get the mecha and it’s nowhere in the store. I’m kind of mad because I bought both bundles so I can do this and it’s not giving me the option either
So yeah your info is off as I have purchased both bundles and mechagodzilla is not there at all on vangaurd or warzone
If you check the linked comment at the end of the article, the Reddit user provided a video which explains how it works.
It is actually if you read it, bc I did the same thing by accident and seen it was available to purchase
