First of all, you want to have as many tacticals and lethals at your disposal as you can. For this, you need a Demolition Vest, which refreshes tacticals and lethals every 25 seconds. Alternatively, equip the new Modular Assault Rig Vest; that refreshes lethals and tacticals from dead players and has 2 slots for each. Next, you want to have the Ordnance Gloves in your loadout, so you can throw your grenades faster. I would also suggest a Tac Mask, so you’re immune to your own shock sticks and a munition box to resupply yourself when you can.

Next, to get 5 kills using lethals on operators who are affected by a shock stick in MW3, you’ll want to choose the shock stick for your tactical. I recommend Semtex as your lethal, though any lethal will work for the challenge. You can use Throwing Knives or Throwing Stars if you’re really good with those. However, you need to be exceptional with them. I found Semtex to be significantly easier. Regular Frag Grenades don’t work as well because of their big explosion delay.

The achievement wants you to throw a shock stick at an enemy player and hit them so it attaches. Then, it wants you to hit the enemy one more time with your Semtex or Throwing Knife or whichever lethal you opted for. This means that you need to be precise twice in a row and hope that nobody else kills the enemy operator in the meantime.

Semtex, with its blast radius, can help you get 5 kills using lethals on operators affected by shock sticks in MW3 even when you don’t manage to stick the explosive on them. Basically, run around the map. Throw the shock stick at the location where you think the enemy will gather or is gathered, then throw Semtex right after. This works best on small maps where multiple enemies can clump together. On larger maps, you want to sneak up behind and find a straggler. Stick a shock stick to them, then a Semtex and run for your life. If they die from the explosion, you’ll get the credit.
