Helo Hat Trick COD MW3

Achievements are always some of the most fun and challenging things to do in just about any video game, and CoD Modern Warfare 3 is no exception to this rule. Of course, some Achievements are easier to get than others. Take the Helo Hat Trick CoD MW3 Achievement. It requires that you: “Destroy each objective helicopter in ‘Reactor’ with a different Armament.” However, there are several things about this Achievement that make it very hard to obtain. We are going to cover all of them right here in this guide.

How to Unlock Helo Hat Trick Trophy COD MW3

To be able to get this Achievement, you will need to destroy each of the three Konni Helicopters in the “Reactor” mission using a different Armament. The good news is that there are several Armaments on the map. The bad news is that there can be certain issues with them. These are: the Precision Airstrike, Stealth Bomber, Mortar Strike, and Bomb Drone. Each of them works in a slightly different way. Though, since you can only have one Armament on you at the same time, this can take a while to do. Note that all of the Armaments can be found on rooftops. We have marked all of the locations where we have found these Armaments in the gallery below.

There are no problems with the Precision Airstrike and the Mortar Strike. However, the Stealth Bomber is bugged, as the route you’ve set for it can suddenly change and the bombs can fall on you instead (or sometimes they explode in the air before reaching their intended target). As such, we don’t recommend that you use it. Which leaves us with the Bomb Drone. While it works as intended, it isn’t as powerful as the other Armaments, meaning that you will need to find and use several Bomb Drones to take down a Konni Helicopter. Once you use three different Armaments to take down all three helicopters, you will then unlock the Helo Hat Trick Achievement in Modern Warfare 3.
