How to Fix MW3 Double XP Tokens Locked Issue

Pretty much there are two fixes for the COD MW3 Double XP Tokens locked issue, where the Tokens are not working and you can’t use them.
#1 – The first one is to restart the game fully. That has helped some people, but it doesn’t seem to be a universal fix.
#2 – The Second solution is to go into MW2 and use them, then go back to MW3 (thanks upercosmonaut88).

We just don’t know what the cause of this bug is, and that’s kind of the main problem. It could be that the servers are currently overextended, it could be that you have to wait for the game to launch everywhere (though that doesn’t seem to be the case), or it could be a programming error of some nature. Whatever the case may be, odds are good that you might have to wait for a hotfix before the system starts working as intended.

And there you go, that’s the only COD MW3 Double XP Tokens locked bug fix that we know of. If you’ve figured out a different solution, or at least a workaround, let us all know in the comments. You’ll save people a lot of anguish. And for those of you that are new to the franchise, you should know that the Double XP tokens are exactly what it says on the tin. These are consumables that grant you double experience for a certain amount of time. It’s obvious why the fact they aren’t functioning properly is a huge annoyance. Here’s hoping that a patch addressing the problem comes out soon.
