Where to Find Borman Nates in Borderlands 3?

To find the location of Borman Nates in Borderlands 3, you have to go to Meridian Outskirts on Promethea. Go to the large, central area, the one that’s kinda shaped like a pair of wings. In the west of the area, there’s a large structure that you can climb onto. This is the place where you complete the Maliwannabees quest in the main campaign, by the way. Just explore the structure (which seems to be the remains of a bombed-out highway or something), and you’ll find Borman walking around. When you dispatch Borman, there’s a chance of about 10% he’ll drop a Legendary weapon. On the list of possible Legendary gear are the Cutsman, the Sawbar, and the Psycho Stabber. Get it? Borman Nates? Norman Bates? Hitchcock’s “Psycho”? I hate the humor in this game. Anyways, if you get super-lucky, he might even drop two Legendaries. Out of the three, there’s further 10% chance it’ll be the Psycho Stabber. The dedicated drops are not affected by modifiers. So, good luck with your farming.
