Where to find Freeze Blast
The gadget is located inside Panessa Studios, in the room where Robin keeps the victims infected with Joker’s blood. You’ll have access to the facility during several missions, but it’s best to snag it the first time around. It is on a small table on the eastern side of the Quarantine Cells area.
