What you choose in the Valka choice in the Seer’s Solace quest in Ac Valhalla is up to your discretion, as far as we can tell. It’s more of a roleplaying moment than something that will impact the plot. We selected the bottom answer, aka “Have you done this before?” That immediately proceeds to the next cutscene. If you choose one of the other options, you’ll probably get a different response from Valka and maybe get some extra lore or such. Ultimately, though, just pick the response that you think your Eivor is most likely to say. Don’t worry, the game won’t twist your words like some do.

We went down the list, from the top to the bottom, and the game let us pick every one that way. Valka told us what each of the things meant, so it might be that you can make all three choices regardless of the order. However, that’s just an assumption on our part. Besides, again, this is a roleplaying moment that likely won’t have much influence on the rest of the game. Pick whatever your heart tells you to, and see where it takes you.
