AC Valhalla Tombs of the Fallen Artifacts - What to Do with Artifacts

The tomb artifacts in AC Valhalla Tombs of the Fallen are new items that you can find while exploring the newly-added secret areas, and people don’t know what to do with them. They don’t seem to do anything at all, but they’re hidden, so one would assume they have some kind of use. It’s just video game logic. Well, they do have a use, just not quite yet. How to Use Tomb Artifacts in AC Valhalla

To use the Tomb of the Fallen Artifacts in AC Valhalla, you apparently need to gather five of them, then go back to the Manius’s Sanctum tomb and break the seal. At least, that’s what one can gather from Odin’s map. However, the issue here is that not all the artifacts are in the game yet. We can only guess whether or not these artifacts will appear in the already-existing tombs or whether the developers have plans to add even more tombs over time. Obviously, there’s going to be some kind of big reward behind Maius’s seal. At the very least, there should be some kind of awesome legendary weapon, maybe with a cool boss battle or something. I’ve also seen some people speculating that the entrance to the Muspelheim DLC might be there. That would explain why not all AC Valhalla Tombs of the Fallen artifacts are in the game yet, leaving people wondering what to do with them. As in, this is supposed to be an intro to a second DLC, and therefore, they had to stagger the artifacts for a little bit.

Whatever the case may be, the player base is slightly ticked off by the situation, and I think that’s perfectly understandable. It’s not a great feeling to go through all of this trouble, only to find out that the last step is completely missing, and you have no idea when you’ll be able to actually finish the mission. Hopefully, you won’t have to wait too long.
