AC Valhalla Rygjafylke Hoard Treasure Map Location

The location of the Rygjafylke Hoard Treasure Map in AC Valhalla is in the east of Rygjafylke, in the village below Kjotve’s Fortress. As you can assume, depending on how far you’ve made through the game, you will be visiting this place with vengeance on your mind at one point. That, however, doesn’t interest us right now. To find the Rygjafylke Hoard clue, after disembarking, head up towards the gate. Enter the second house on the left, the one just before the gate. Where to Find Torghatten Rock’s Eye for AC Valhalla Rygjafylke Hoard Map?

To find the Rygjagylke treasure hoard map location in Torghatten Rock’s eye, you actually have to go way to the west of Alrekstad. The text of the map says this: “Hunters of silver-glory! East of Alrekstad, the hoard will look upon you from Torghatten Rock’s eye. Engage its gaze and reap this reward.” So, you might be thinking that the treasure is also to the east, but it most certainly is not. Instead, from the mountains around Alrekstad, you get to see Torghatten Rock. That’s your actual destination.

So, what you need to do is make your way over to the rock. Fortunately, there’s even a fast travel point at the top of it, and then you can simply clamber down. Anyways, however you get there, you need to go inside the eye. What do I mean by that? I mean, Torghatten Rock kinda looks like an eye, right? Well, you need to go into the iris of the eye, as it were. Once inside, look for a pile of sticks on a bunch of rocks. That’s where the Rygjafylke Hoard treasure clue actually points to. It’ll glow when you approach it, so keep an eye out.

Incidentally, Torghatten is absolutely a real place. It’s a mountain on the island of Torget in west Norway. Just google it, it’s really cool. How cool would it be to visit the actual location from the AC Valhalla Rygjafylke Hoard map in real life? Just, you know, wait for the plague to stop.
