Barid is Right, Barid is Wrong AC Valhalla
The Barid choice in AC Valhalla that we’ll be covering here happens during the Northern Reach quest in Wrath of the Druids DLC. At this point, you’ll have to either side with Barid, counter him, or just stay out of the decision altogether. It seems like it might be a relatively important choice, so what are the consequences? Well, that’s what we’ll be discussing in our Barid is Right, Barid is Wrong AC Valhalla guide.
AC Valhalla Barid Choice – Barid is Right, Barid is Wrong, or Don’t Ask Me
What you pick in the Barid choice in AC Valhalla – Barid is Right, Barid is Wrong, or Don’t Ask Me – makes absolutely zero difference. No matter what you choose, the results will be the same. Flann will give Barid the go-ahead to speak for him. Also, Eivor is not allowed to ride with Barid as protection. Instead, Flann needs you on a different mission. Truly, this choice is here for absolutely no reason; it barely even gives you a chance to roleplay a little bit.
The only difference is, like, two lines of dialogue for each choice. Whether you agree or disagree with Barid, or just opt to not give your opinion at all, Flann will continue with his plans no matter what. I’d say this is some kind of commentary on the fatalistic worldview that the Norse often had, but I think it’s actually just hasty writing.
That’s about all there is to it when it comes to the Barid is Right, Barid is Wrong AC Valhalla choice. If you need further help with the Wrath of the Druids DLC guides. Classic Ubisoft “choices” at play. Almost 100% of the time they make absolutely no difference and are a mere illusion of choice. Lazy, lazy Ubisoft.
