AC Valhalla How to Get Into Adrift Refuge
Adrift Refuge is one of the wealth locations in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. It’s a cave high up in the mountains of Rygjafylke, and there’s a chest in it with nice things inside. When you get to the dot on the map, you’ll probably notice the entrance to the cave high up a cliff, but might not figure out a way to get inside. It took us a few tries, so we decided to write a guide to show you how to get into Adrift Refuge in AC Valhalla.
How to enter Adrift Refuge cave?
If you’re anything like us, you’ll first try to scale the cliff and get in that way. That won’t work – Eivor can’t climb past the icicles around the entrance. Then you’ll try to drop down onto the branch from the top of the cliff, but that won’t work either – the branch is too short.
The solution is rather simple, and we just weren’t seeing the forest from the trees, as it so often happens. You need to climb the hill on the other side of the slope, then jump across the gap and onto the branch. Once inside, simply follow the cave and you’ll reach the chest in no time.
It’s an easy mistake to make – the branch doesn’t look even nearly sturdy enough to support a burly viking warrior, and all the snow in the area makes it harder to focus on details. The wealth found inside is especially helpful in the early hours of the game, and it would be a pity to miss it just because the entrance was a bit tricky.
