i was missing 1, 2, 11, 13, and 24….wild.
I was missing 1, 11, 13, 24, and I’m still missing one. I’ve been to 16, 27, and 29 because those are common missing but no luck. 🙁
I am still missing one and I have been to every location on foot and drove three time and still can’t find the last one
I was missing only 27 and of course it had to be the last one on the map to find, after one hour of searching….
I missed 13 and 16.
Seems 16 was a common one, playing the missions never really brought people into this little corner of the map I guess.

I was missing 11, 16 , 24 and 29
Yep 24 is high up on a tower so make sure you look up, because I drove to every single spot and went in Eagle Vision, and I was only missing 16 and 24, and while driving around 16 popped up, but 24 didn’t until I RAN everywhere and double checked.

It took me forever to find #29. I ran through all the spots twice, finally I found it!
