How to fix fifth priest glitch in Prisoners in the Temple mission?

One of the things you can try to fix this issue is to simply reload your save and retry the mission. If that’s not an option for you, because you haven’t saved in a while, it’s not the only thing you can do. Another option you may want to attempt is reloading the quest and going for it once more. Go into the menu and find the Quest tab. Select the quest from the list and hit the Reload Quest Objective button (Triangle for PlayStation). You might also try exiting the area completely, select another quest, then retake the Prisoners in the Temple quest and try again.

Where to find priests in Temple of Amun?

The first priest you’ll likely run into is along the walkway of the outer wall, near the pergola. Two more can be found confined together in a wooden cage, south of the first priest. You can find the fourth priest in the building in the southeast corner of the area. Finally, the fifth priest will be under another pergola in the southwest corner of the area. TO find all the priest, use Senu to scout out the area and mark all the important stuff. Also, make sure to defeat all the soldiers that might come into your way, and try to be as stealthy as possible. No reason to make your life more difficult.
